Good Tidings and Salutations from Their Excellencies Rodrigo and Khadijah,

We are very excited to once again have our Stellar Princess one of our very own and want to congratulate Their Serene Highnesses Hroder and Giulia upon Their ascension to the Stellar Thrones. Please help Them make Their Reign successful in assisting with creating award tokens and items for gift baskets. Contact their project manager, Lady Lyneya ingen A'eda at lyneya_sca@hotmail.com with your ideas.

Talk about exciting, the Kingdom of Northshield is on the horizon! We'd like to give our sincere praise to all the combatants for a most honorable and well fought Crown Tournament. And especially, we'd like to congratulate our Lord and Lady Heir Siegfried von Kulmbach and Bridei nic Gillechattan on winning the Tournament. They have a daunting task before Them in forming a new Kingdom, please assist Them when They request it.

We'd like to welcome in our new Youth Champion, Tara nap Llywarch and thank our outgoing Youth Champion, Cehero Okensword for his years of service as the first Nordskogen Youth Champion and for his advice and contributions to the position.

A lot is happening between the time I write this and the time you'll read this...

We will be in our new summer site at the Palace Recreation Center at 781 Palace Avenue in St. Paul starting June 2nd.

We will have a new Rapier Champion, please offer your congratulations to this individual. We look forward to another great example of excellence in rapier combat within our Barony as is our former rapier champion, Warder Simon Morcar.

We will likely have had our Archery Champion Shoot as well. Please congratulate that gentle as well. For the past year, this position has been well held with skill and exuberance by Lord Baalin Wolf and we thank him for such commitment. Finally, we would like to thank all of you. The Barony is built upon the foundation of all of your efforts: in holding officer positions or as event staff, in volunteering to help at events and on projects, in coming up with great ideas and putting efforts forth on making them happen, and in helping make this one big happy family. It makes us very proud to be a part of Nordskogen!
