Good Tidings and Salutations from Their Excellencies Rodrigo and Khadijah,

Wow! What else can be said. There is so much gratitude and appreciation we have of those in our Barony who stepped up and made 12th Night such a fabulous event. Certainly we could go on and on thanking people as was most appropriately done on the Nordskogen email list, but in interests of brevity we will thank the one person whose responsibility it was to pull the event together and fill the department positions with capable staff, the autocrat, Lady Mairghread ingen Sean. She accomplished this and more. Her staff gave 110% and the event turned out a huge success and a tribute to their efforts

Sunday, February 29th from 1pm - 5pm, we will be having a Town Meeting to discuss 'Big Picture' topics regarding what we want in the future for the Barony of Nordskogen. This is the time for all of us who care about Nordskogen to come together with ideas and thoughts of what we'd like to see. Also, remember that an idea is only as good as its giver's intention on following through. So if you do have ideas, take ownership and develop strategies on how they can be accomplished.

It seems ages away, but an event of the magnitude of Warlords and Warrior's can only be pulled off if we start stepping forward to fill positions and activities now. So please contact Lady Flori and find out how you can help. There are department head positions available, people needed to volunteer, and many activities to plan. Now is the time to try something you haven't done before.

War is approaching to the South and Their Majesties and Their Highnesses have asked us to muster troops to help our allies. Ansteorra and Trimaris have once again declared war in the gulf and many of us are mustering to Midrealm's banner for one last run in the Gulf as the teeth of the Dragon. This will be a glorious time as we fight along side our very own Royal Majesty Alasdair and Stellar Highness Aubrey, a time that won't be forgotten for many years to come. Please answer the call of our Royals and show them the heart of the Barony of Nordskogen in our steel, in our service, and in our deeds.
