Good Tidings and Salutations from Their Excellencies Rodrigo and Khadijah,

Is that winter out your window? It may be, but it is also the holiday season.. We would like to wish you all very happy holidays and let you know that during this time when thoughts turn to families, our thoughts are of our family of Nordskogen. It warms our hearts to be a part of such a wonderful family!

We are looking forward to the Bard of Nordskogen challenge at 12th Nite, please consider competing for the honor. The challenge it to relay a never heard before tale of a Knight of the Round Table in whatever bardic talent/methodology you choose, please get the details from Master Owen’s Quill article. It gives us great pleasure to see the fabulous bardic talents which reside in Nordskogen. We hope you’ll all join us in being entertained by our Bards.

Once again, we’d like to remind you to volunteer some of your time at this year’s 12th Nite. Beyond staff members there have been very few people who have signed up to volunteer some of their time. This is a wonderful event that runs by all of us pitching in to help. Please make sure to speak with Lady Ursula about where you can volunteer some of your time and get your name added to her clipboard of love!

In a word, okay two, AWARD RECOMMENDATIONS! There have been very few recommendations for Baronial Awards submitted to us, nor have we been cc’d on any Principality or Kingdom award recommendations. Please take the time to think about what those around you are doing, learning, working on, etc and recognize their efforts by sending in the appropriate award recommendations. What better 12th Nite gift to give then the glowing smile on your friend’s face and the heart felt joy in being recognized for their efforts and activities.
